Scott and I started Elite Home & Commercial Property Inspections, LLC after a family member purchased a home that should not have passed an inspection. Having it hit so close to home and seeing the struggles that they went through; we saw the opportunity to help others and make sure that this doesn't happen again. With Scott's 20 years of construction expertise combined with my dedication to providing superior customer service; we ensure that you get a thorough, detailed inspection at a fair price. Scott is a very experienced and knowledgeable Inspector. He has spent all of his life in the Construction Industry and knows the ins and outs and knows when contractors cut corners. He is professional, courteous, patient and always respectful. His goal is to educate his customers so that they can understand the current condition of the property which is being inspected.
Scott is certified by CCPIA (Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association), InterNachi CPI (Certified Professional Inspector), InterNachi, ICA (Inspection Certificate Associates) for both Commercial and Residential. he is a California Association of REALTORS Certified Inspector and is OSHA 30 Hour Certified. He has chosen to not be a Licensed Contractor so that he can continue to show his honesty and provide an un-biased opinion on the condition of every property that he inspects.
